Welcome to your new home in Battery Park City at Gateway Apartments New York City. We’re excited to have you join our community on the Hudson River waterfront. This move-in guide has everything you need to know, from setting up accounts to accessing resident perks, to help you settle in smoothly and take full advantage of everything Gateway and downtown Manhattan have to offer.
Your Move-In Checklist:

Schedule your move-in date with building management

Submit all required documents, including insurance

Set up your rent payment and resident portal accounts

Explore Battery Park City using your Gateway perks!
Set Up Your Online Accounts
To make your transition seamless, set up your online resident accounts.

Rent Payments: Register online with Clickpay or pay rent through Bilt Rewards to earn points.

Resident Portal: Use the Gateway Resident Portal to submit maintenance requests, track packages, and access account information 24/7.
Secure Your Renter’s Insurance
All residents must carry renter’s insurance with minimum coverage of:

$100,000 in liability

$10,000 in personal property
Please submit a copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI) to maintenance@GatewayNY.com or upload it through Moved.com. You can also purchase a plan through Gateway.GetCoveredInsurance.com

Use the full legal names as follows:
THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY (INCLUDING THE LAND AND/OR THE BUILDING THEREON), BATTERY PARK CITY AUTHORITY, MARINA TOWERS ASSOCIATES L.P., GATEWAY RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT LLC., THE PROPERTY MANAGER, THE CURRENT LENDER ON THE PROPERTY, AND/OR THE SUCCESSORS AND OR/ASSIGNS OF ANY OF THEM, THEIR AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AND/OR ANY OTHER ENTITY CONTROLLED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY ANY OF THEM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY PRINCIPAL, MEMBER, PARTNER, OFFICER, DIRECTOR, STOCKHOLDER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE OF ANY OF THEM.
