Set Up Your Online Accounts

Set up your online accounts to pay your monthly rent and to access the online resident portal.

Rent Payments: Register Online at Clickpay at Gateway or earn points on rent and pay via Bilt Rewards.
Resident Portal: Your dedicated portal for the latest resident news and online services such as maintenance requests, package notifications, and account information.

Secure Your Insurance:

All residents must have Renter's Insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability and $10,000 personal coverage. Please remember to send a copy of your certificate to maintenance@GatewayNY.com or by uploading it to Moved.com. You may also purchase renter's insurance through Gateway.GetCoveredInsurance.com.
Listed below are the Insurance Requirements
1. Coverage Required: Commercial General Liability & Umbrella Excess Liability in the amount of no less than $5 million;
2. Workers’ Compensation And Employers’ Liability;
3. Automobile Liability
4. Policy Numbers
5. Commencement and Expiration Dates of Policies
6. NAIC numbers MUST be completed
7. Please have the Additional Insured reflect as follows: For legal purposes, do not abbreviate unless otherwise indicated.
  - THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY (INCLUDING THE LAND AND/OR THE BUILDING THEREON), BATTERY PARK CITY AUTHORITY, MARINA TOWERS ASSOCIATES L.P., GATEWAY RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT LLC., THE PROPERTY MANAGER, THE CURRENT LENDER ON THE PROPERTY, AND/OR THE SUCCESSORS AND OR/ASSIGNS OF ANY OF THEM, THEIR AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AND/OR ANY OTHER ENTITY CONTROLLED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY ANY OF THEM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY PRINCIPAL, MEMBER, PARTNER, OFFICER, DIRECTOR, STOCKHOLDER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE OF ANY OF THEM.
8. Please have the Certificate Holder read exactly and mailed to:

9. Minimum of Thirty (30) Day unqualified cancellation clause. Please omit the words “endeavor to” from your cancellation clause.
10. Since Certificates of Insurance confer no rights, you are also required to provide us with Binders followed by Endorsements to your policies, which indicate the Additional Insured status on the policies.
11. All insurance carriers must:
  1. Be licensed in the State in which the Work is being performed
  2. Have a rating of “A” in the latest edition of A.M. Best’s.
