If you’re looking to get into the meditative flow of a great yoga class, try Tribeca’s VERAYOGA. They have options for live stream or On Demand classes, with flexible membership or single class rates. Plus, they’re offering free classes to members of the medical community, which health care workers can sign up for by direct messaging VERAYOGA on Instagram.
Wundabar Pilates, a reformer-based Pilates studio in downtown Manhattan, now offers a great mat version of their core intensive workout. You can try their digital on demand classes here. Real Pilates is also offering virtual mat classes. They have reduced rate private sessions or $20 group classes available online.

Popular fitness studio Barry’s Bootcamp is offering online versions of their high intensity workouts. And the Youtube page for Popsugar Fitness has hundreds of free workouts from celebrity trainers and fitness experts.
